Do I really need an intra-workout? I usually just drink water.

How many servings do I get and how should I use it?

Each tub has 20 full servings. One scoop = one serving. Use 1 scoop per hour of training, mixed with at least 300ml of water but more water is fine depending strong you want the flavour. That’s 20 high-performance sessions per tub.
