Refund Policy
At Fight Smart Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products because of change of mind.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to cancel it.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fightsmartnutrition.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, get in touch and we’ll investigate with the shipping carrier. If your parcel is confirmed as lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, is significantly different from its description, or is not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided under Australian Consumer Law.
