How long will it take to see results?
Results vary based on individual goals, effort, adherence and consistency. Typically, you’ll start seeing changes in 2-4 weeks, but major transformations take longer.
Can I eat out and still follow the plan?
Eating out doesn’t mean you have to stray from your plan. Just make smart choices—opt for lean proteins, veggies, and healthy carbs when possible. If you're unsure, ask your coach in advance, support is all part of the package!
What if I have a bad week?
Don’t stress, it happens. Let us know what’s going on so we can support you and focus on getting back on track.
What if I miss a check-in?
Life happens, but consistency is key. If you miss a check-in, just reach out as soon as you can, and we’ll get back on track together.
Can I adjust the meal plan if I don’t like certain foods?
Absolutely. Just let me know your preferences, and we’ll tweak the plan to suit your tastes while staying on target.
Can I drink alcohol while on the plan?
While it’s not ideal for performance, occasional drinks can be worked in. We can discuss how to fit it in without derailing progress.
What do I do if I feel hungry between meals?
Let your coach know. We might need to adjust portion sizes or add snacks.
How do I handle cheat meals or cravings?
Cheat meals can be part of the plan! We'll schedule them smartly so they don’t affect your goals. Cravings? We have tricks for those too.

For the best results, tracking is key at the start. Once you get the hang of portion sizes, you can ease off the scales.

How do I know if I’m cutting too much weight too fast?
Rapid weight loss can hurt performance and health. We'll monitor your progress to ensure adaptations are safe and sustainable.
Can I still use FSN if I’m not in fight camp?
100%. FSN is designed for fighters year-round, whether you’re in fight camp, off-season, or just training to improve.
Cancellation
We understand that life happens.
Cancelling Your Plan: You can cancel your coaching services at any time, but please provide at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for unused services if cancellation is made after the billing cycle has started.
Pause Option: If you need to take a break, please contact us and we'll see what we can do to help.
